PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
All monthly payments are set up with recurring payments using a debit or credit card. All retail transactions, one-time membership and class fees are processed using a debit or credit card.
Ten (10) day advanced notice in writing is required to cancel your membership. If you wish to cancel future recurring payments you will need to provide written notice ten (10) days prior to your payment date. Please send all cancellation requests via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
